What Happens After 4,000 Visits?

The count doesn’t stop at 4,000. After reaching the 4,000-visit milestone:
• Your visit count continues to grow (5,000, 6,000, etc.)
• The bonus resets to $1,000 for every additional 1,000 visits
• These additional rewards do not require a minimum rating
• You may also qualify for elite recognition, perks, and feature opportunities within the app

How Your Rating Impacts the 4,000 Bonus

Your customer review score at the 4,000 milestone determines your bonus:
• 5.0 rating = $5,000
• 4.0 to 4.9 rating = $4,000
• Below 4.0 = No bonus at this tier (but you can still earn for future visits)

Ratings are calculated from your last 500 completed visit reviews.

Who’s Eligible?

To participate in the rewards program, you must:
• Be an active Run.Vet provider in good standing
• Be a licensed veterinarian, technician, or assistant
• Complete visits through the Run.Vet platform
• Have no unresolved complaints or service flags

When Are Bonuses Paid?

Bonuses are paid monthly after reaching your milestone. You’ll receive notification in your Provider Dashboard, and payment is disbursed via direct deposit within 30 days.
