Leaa Health offers non-emergency, private medical care including but not limited to:
• In-home doctor visits
• Telemedicine consultations
• IV therapy and wellness infusions
• Mobile dental care
• Geriatric and family health services
• Health evaluations and screenings

Services are provided by licensed medical professionals under applicable laws and medical guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. If requesting care for a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information for service delivery.

3. Scheduling & Payment
• Appointments can be booked via our website, mobile app, or by phone.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• We operate on a direct-pay model and do not bill insurance.
• We may provide documentation for reimbursement if your plan permits.
• Leaa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments based on provider availability or safety concerns.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
• You may cancel or reschedule a visit up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee up to the full price of the visit.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Leaa Health does not replace emergency care. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Our services are not suitable for:
• Severe trauma or injuries
• Unconsciousness or chest pain
• Active labor
• Psychiatric emergencies

You agree to:
• Treat our providers and staff respectfully
